STEP!

Jessica, Aladeen, Mohammad and Mustafa rode their bikes to see the kids perform in Lincoln Park under the stars!

The teens of the Student Theatre Enrichment Program (STEP) presents While I'm Here on This Earth, an original play with drums and dance inspired by Mother Courage and Her Children by Bertolt Brecht. While I'm Here on This Earth will be presented free of charge at parks throughout the city of Cleveland from July 31 - August 10.

Free and open to the public! Fun for the whole family!

Mother Courage

The students have produced their own version of Bertolt Brecht's Mother Courage. It's a very ambitious and unusual production.

New media

I saw this last Friday and I can guarantee that you will be impressed with the choreography, song arrangement and overall adaptation of Bertolt Brecht's Mother Courage.  Our  City of Cleveland councilmembers provided financial support for this worthwhile Cleveland Public Theatre program and they deserve credit for realizing how important theater and the arts are to our kids.
