 Councilman Brian Cummins, who represents West Side neighborhoods but believes the Hive will have a regional impact, has agreed to contribute $94,000 from a pool of grant money he controls.

Michelle Jarboe - please clarify. I think you mean Community Development Block Grant funds...I would not call that grant money...
