Trust me...get a lawnmower and a shovel; offer landscaping to neighbors before you submit to this nightmare network of being used as a pawn for the purpose of serving as a quota.... 

Welfare; HEAP; Water Discount Programs (CHN), Homestead Exemptions; Lifeline Discounts for home phones; Obama Phones; Food banks; Free clothing at churches; free supplies here and there..... think about your budget and remember to be considerate of the gas, parking fees, and cost of copying documents over and over to provide proof of it all to these agencies and then waiting long periods for their approvals and or denials...

DON'T PISS OFF THE PAPER PUSHERS EITHER---for the RULE over your world when you are in need......

DON'T TARGET THEIR POLITICAL GAMES, ERRORS, or call them out for violations to your rights or failures by design meant to use you without giving anything in return. Surely don't file any federal complaints about their abusive practices....NOPE....JUST EAT THEIR SHIT IF YOU NEED SOMETHING. 

Look; our town is a democratic nightmare full of countless redundant federally funded grant programs that are meant to alledgely help the needy....but that would defunct them if they actually solved problems. It's all about (THEIR) job security to keep you on the hook of NEED. 

Our local government is the most wasteful spenders of public tax dollars I have ever met in my life. They drive a system that is dependent on actually targeting the people and using them as pawns; look at the housing court statistics, the traffic court statistics, and the social service statistics.....quotas and more quotas....what is wrong with that picture???? 

What is wrong is that folks are so disenfranchised and beat down from running around chasing their tails for nothing; that they get angry and depressed and bitter with it; and then they simply don't VOTE...They don't want to parctipate...they live in fear of the abuse that will come next from whatever direction...and some would call that "PARANOIA"...but in reality it's not paranoia when it's verifiable and all the connections are made with the leaders who pull their stunts and backroom deals to hurt the folks who peed in their wheaties............................it's ridiculous and abusive..................

And it's a full time job chasing the bastards; filing complaints against them to hold them accountable; and following through with litigious scenarios to fight a regime that got away with murder for all too long..... Stand up folks and learn and know your rights....hold these agencies and their control freak administrators accountable....make them know that their shit doesn't stink and that we are intolerant of abusive practices...............at all levels. 

Until Veterans' quit committing suicide.............it shall be war with the politicians who enable unethical practices within the leadership. 

RECOMMENDATION FOR UNEMPLOYED FOLKS LOOKING FOR WORK: STOP WORKING FOR THE MACHINE; WORK FOR YOURSELF. BECOME AN ENTREPRENUER AND INVEST IN A SMALL BUSINESS OF SOMETHING YOU ARE PASSIONATE...GET IGNITED...ASK FOR HELP AND IF YOU CANNOT GET IT; THEN GO OUT AND DO WHATEVER SIDE WORK IT TAKES TO GET ON YOUR FEET AND RUN....LEARN TO INVEST IN YOURSELF AND YOUR OWN FUTURE....BASIC LABOR THAT IS GOOD IS HARD TO FIND AND COUNTLESS FOLKS NEED LITTLE TO LARGE HELP WITH PROJECTS IN YOUR COMMUNITY. GET A LADDER AND CLEAN OUT GUTTERS; GET A RAKE AND RAKE LEAVES....PAINT A WALL....DO ANYTHING THAT IS PRODUCTIVE AND SELF RELIANT....HAVE A YARD SALE FROM ITEMS YOU FIND IN THE TRASH...LOL...HUSSLE....GO SCRAPPING LEGALLY....SHARE YOUR SKILLS....DO SOMETHING POSITIVE....BUT DON'T GIVE IN TO BEING STUCK IN A RUT WAITING FOR THESE WELFARE PROGRAMS TO HELP YOU OUT.............IT'S UP TO YOU TO DIG YOUR WAY OUT OF AN EARLY GRAVE CREATED BY BEING CODEPENDENT ON THE SYSTEM....

OKAY....JUST SAYING... UNTIL THE LITTLE PEOPLE TAKE A MOMENT TO WRAP THEIR BRAINS AROUND THE FACTS; THEY ARE GOING TO REMAIN ENSLAVED INTO THE POLITICAL SYSTEM CREATED TO USE THEM AS QUOTAS  AS POOR FOLKS..............IT'S SUCH A GAME... (Don't forget: it costs Cuyahoga County over a $1 million per day to cover it's payrolll for all those public employees...) 

So; don't speed, don't forget to mow your lawn; and don't forget to cover your ass because it's a warzone out here....................flack jackets please. 

Funny part is: when you get poor; you start having time to analyze all the fraud being perpetuated upon the public at large by all those places...like on your property tax valuations; your tax bills; your water bills; your electric bills; your gas bills; etc.......truly intriguing to realize that when you worked; you just paid them mostly without paying much attention to the little things....comical. 

So...remember that it's a full timem job being poor and unemployed....but they don't count your work as work...........lol (Document, document, document)...

ONCE AGAIN: USE THE CFFC MODEL TO ERADICATE ALL THESE REDUNDANT PROGRAMS..................and save the taxpayers millions that could go to job investments.................................................................................................hello....ring, ring.........no...that'd actually be something SMART and would reduce wasteful spending on all these ridiculous programs.
