How many Hispanic families WANT to live in a low-income project marketed as "Villa Hispana"??Submitted by lmcshane on Tue, 10/14/2014 - 09:43.
Hungarian relatives moved to Brecksville. Irish family members moved to Strongsville. We moved to Rocky River. Where are "successful" Hispanic families moving ? I can guarantee you - they are not moving to Ariel Castro's neighborhood.
And...it's the full vulture circle for someone who now has his office on W. 25th again through WRLC Thieving Communities ..

Brian Cummins is SELL-OUT =Sabra Pierce Scott
Villa Hispana is a shady land deal that is small-scale version of same deal pulled by Sabra Pierce Scott for Forlani.
EXPECT Tax-Incremental-Financing, EXPECT some bogus deal to provide library as tax write-off in their future CMHA - Villa Hispana project.
EXPECT Cummins to get a Stark position or some other sinecure. That is unless Feds are looking into the use of HUD monies to facilitate these projects. Cummins and Daryl Rush Community Development folks at City of Cleveland brokered the low-income subsidized HOME funding for NRP Denison Foster Pointe-
EXPECT more of the SOS at Villa Hispana. NRP Foster Pointe residents are given sub-service now that their building is losing revenue for NRP. One recent fire in a residential unit showed lack of coordination and/or concern for safety of 55+ seniors living in the NRP complex and it is only getting worse as non-residents camp out in common areas.
Villa Hispana is still DEAD

At one of the many "planning" sessions held during the almost 20 years I have lived here - a Colombian-Jewish architect excitedly told me that Stark was behind the new improved "Villa Hispana." Stark is also trying to scam CMSD and taxpayers with TIF proposal for the NuCLEus project.
