Can you name the artist of this piece? How does sculpture affect your psyche? Today, I had to remember this piece to ground my troubled mind.

blanking on mystery sculpture

In what general geographic area is this sculpure located?  Is that a building on the top left of the top photo? or part of the sculpture?

  That should give it a way.  The building is separate from the sculpture (but not really :)
