- Make city be aware of independent consultants and technologies
- NPOs– helped by tech!
- Connect independent technologists with companies needing help
- Small nonprofits are struggling
- Emerging company scene in IT is not so strong
- Lack of 2nd generation entrepreneurs to mentor emerging companies
- Cleveland mindset penalizes failure more than it should – grows out of the manufacturing culture
