  • Make city be aware of independent consultants and technologies
  • NPOs– helped by tech!
  • Connect independent technologists with companies needing help
  • Small nonprofits are struggling
  • Emerging company scene in IT is not so strong
  • Lack of 2nd generation entrepreneurs to mentor emerging companies
  • Cleveland mindset penalizes failure more than it should – grows out of the manufacturing culture
