 In the recent east coast snow storm dozens of people died from snow related heart attacks and accidents.   However, there were also about a dozen deaths from carbon monoxide asphyxiation - and many of those took place inside cars..left running with snow blocking exhaust pipe...to keep occupants warm.    This link has state by state death/with cause totals.

During this month we can see a rare phenomenon in the sky, known as “the parade of planets”.
