My health has been awful this past week--stress combined with poor air quality and heat issues--everywhere.  It finally took its toll yesterday.  I swam and walked to the market, but felt as if I was made of lead.  Every bone in my body aches, especially my ribs.  I came home and slept for five hours.  I don't feel much better.  We do need to CARE about the air quality, water quality, and quality of food produced locally. We are letting corporate America kill us.
