Permanence

Life is a series of ruins: Deep thoughts from Puerto Rico, a landscape in constant transition.  This trip has been a picture perfect experience for me.  I highly recommend it, especially, if winter has strangled your life in Northeast Ohio.  Everywhere, we see the sign stenciled by some anonymous person: "Are you alive?"

Wondering?

Agua--where does it come from in Puerto Rico? I see the lines run under the sidewalks here.  How does this island survive, when ostensibly the infrastructure is so piecemeal and run-down?
