This letter is in response to the articles covering the Sin Tax vote occurring Tuesday, May 6, 2014. This issue is the absurdity of absurdities.

It appears we weren't quite loud enough, The Mayor of the City of Cleveland, who committed on 4 election campaings to do what is "..best for the City of Cleveland" does not yet seem convinced to take a stand against the forced removal of Commander Sulzer from the second district Police district. WE have over 1400 signatures so far that will be delivered to city hall this coming monday. (we ask you  to join us at city hall at 6:35pm for a peaceful protest at the City council meeting at 7pm)

Resolution:

Whereas the Board of Directors of Tremont West Development Corporation recognizes the importance of safety to the contribution of the quality of life of residents in the Tremont neighborhood and Second District;

Whereas Commander Keith Sulzer has demonstrated his commitment to safety through his exceptional leadership, dedication, hard work and efforts to create a safer Tremont and Second District;

(DAYS BEFORE & AFTER) - 4 mass murders in our country, Aurora, Sandy Hook, Santa Monica, and LAX, have occurred according to a pattern. All were on a Friday, on a day of a crescent moon, and all have occurred in a numerical pattern of 147 and 322 days. This chart will make these facts self-evident.

Mr. Dewine blamed a systemic failure and communication issues. So now Chief Williams promotes the Commander of Communication to District Commander. This in its own right needs investigation.

“He’s a guy who cares about the residents and stakeholders of the Second District,” said Bob Shores, co-chair of the Second District Community Relations Committee. “We will likely go back to the days where the commander stays insulated from the community.

“Sulzer would never walk away from this position unless he was being pressured to do so. I think the mayor, the director of public safety and the chief of police have done him a real dishonor.”

 The latest BS from Thriving Communities aka front for investors like Forest City - on the need for Cuyahoga County to issue bonds for more demolitions - would be that UNLESS the "Land Bank" folks don't demo EVERY frickin' vacant property in CLE - your property in ROCKY RIVER (where Rokakis lives) is/will continue to shoulder DISPROPORTIONATE burden of tax levys imposed in Cuyahoga County.

The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) said it has received more than 20,000 complaints from people, including recent immigrants, about the scam.

Cleveland rounded out at 18.3 (per 100,000 people) for the murder rate and reported a crime index of 3.09.

Topping the list was Detroit, Michigan, turning in a staggering murder rate of 48.2.
