Come to Ohio Citizen Action's Good Neighbor Campaign Training on Saturday, March 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Cleveland State University in the Main Classroom building room 438. Bob Pojasek, an internationally-recognized pollution prevention expert, and other trainers will help you develop skills to challenge Ohio's worst polluters and win. Registration is $15 and includes breakfast, lunch, and training materials. Scholarships are available. Please call to pre-register. Ohio Citizen Action devotes most of its resources to running and winning good neighbor campaigns, which use the power of community organizing to convince major industries to prevent pollution at their facilities. These campaigns have won changes far beyond what federal or state regulation would require at AK Steel (Middletown), Sunoco Refinery (Toledo), Brush Wellman (Elmore), Lanxess Plastics (Cincinnati), and many others.
