Cottschalt pleaded guilty Dec. 5 to cultivation of marijuana, possessing chemicals to manufacture drugs, drug trafficking and child endangering. Dlugos pleaded guilty the same day to possessing chemicals to manufacture drugs and drug trafficking.

Why is it that no state or federal abortion/anti abortion legislation applies to men?

How is it constitutional to have a "law" which discriminates between sexuality?   Where is that distinction in the constitution?

To be equitable we need to remove laws which invade a female's gender or install laws that invade every male's gender.
