For weeks now we have been handing out flyers with the oath of office on them and asking every policeman, sheriff, highway patrol and military person we see to sign one. We have been going to the Sheriff's office and handing the Sheriff the book "AMERICA'S LAST HOPE" by Sheriff Richard Mack.

So far none have refused and have seemed to be really serious about their duties. This could all be just to get rid of us and not stir up a scene but I think most of them have really thought about this later once we have gone. We always leave them with a card with the oath on it.

Independent studies prove Cleveland is deficient in its use of information technology in government and in supporting the needs and interests of citizens. As a result, the community and the local economy have suffered.

Cleveland must move to the forefront of the information technology revolution by doing two things quickly and effectively:

Achieve universal access for our people.

Develop an optimal virtual community.
