 Look, I know this sounds stupid; because we all live different lives....but when I was campaigning; I wanted to impose a county wide CALENDAR OF EVENTS and post it so that EVERY EVENT IN THE COUNTY was posted, public, private, and in between.....Perhaps a database of opportunities free and costly, educational and artistic, loving and caring; for the public at large to see and have the timely opportunity to plan and participate in along the way....

Shall we swim, play cornhole, and watch TV? 

Shall we play some video games, watch a movie, or hang out around a bar? 

Shall we tell jokes, hang out around a bon fire, and roast some weenies? 

Shall we???? 

I mean; it's all a matter of opinion....FUN...

For the corrupt; it's robbing the working class and using the quotas of poor folks to climb the career ladders...

Frank Giglio's property is located on a gold mine.

Frank Giglio has been repeatedly harassed over his property on West 14th Street in Tremont for nearly 20 years.

Over the past couple months, Giglio has complained to me repeatedly that the inspectors were harassing him again and  he was concerned about another search warrant on his property.

 Lots of little indicators tell the public that the MEDCON is a failure for the citizens of Cuyahoga County.

First, the spin doctors changed the name from MEDCON to Global Center for Medical Technology and Conferences in DownCleveland.

Second, the Fitz and the It is What it Is whiz announced that there was so much money coming in from the .25% Cuyahoga County convention center sales tax a 600 bed county owned hotel will be built next to the Medcon.   (not a peep from the present down town hotel owners who will lose bed revenue)

 Juries are no longer effective.  if they ever were.   Is there a better concept?   

what are the alternatives to "jury" trial?   Of our peers?   

Much like Harry Potter here.   Weird. 

I am not impressed with the present judicial system. 

The Zimmerman/Martin jury has no window through which to escape.  

Why is it that the jury is damned?

We all recall the sad story of long-time property owner Frank Giglio- the owner of valuable property located in Tremont.

 It's a hot evening and I was just cutting up some food, and I flashed back to a story Tiny told me.   

Wasn't actually a "story", it was an explaination of why Tiny didn't have any front teeth.

Tiny wasn't.    He got that nick name just for the reverse.   6'7".   Carry a cast iron bathtub up four flights on his back - alone.  Like breaking sticks.   Tiny my ass.   A giant.
