Cuyahoga County Land Bank - President GUS FRANGOS Adds FUEL to the FORECLOSURE CRISIS and DESTROYS ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD

Gus Frangos, President of the Cuyahoga County Land Bank, is paid a six figure salary to 'save' our county from the foreclosure crisis.

The county land bank is supposed to eliminate blight in our neighborhoods and is requesting millions of dollars - on top of the millions that they have already received.  The county wants to demolish several more houses with the claim that one vacant and vandalized house destroys an entire neighborhood.

Meanwhile, the president of the county land bank has destroyed an entire neighborhood with all of his slum property.  Gus Frangos owns several houses that are hidden behind a shell LLC - Quinn Court Properties LLC.  The numerous houses are all located in one block and the entire block looks like a war zone.

The numerous properties are unsecured with broken windows and wide open doors.

The numerous rental properties are worthless dumps that should have been demolished years ago. 

The average homeowner with no political connections would have the city up their ass with nuisance complaint filings and forced evictions and demolitions that leave some homeowners homeless- over less serious violations.  Homeowners that owned their houses for decades and lived in the house.  NOT RENTAL PROPERTY:

Gus Frangos' six figure salary is paid by the collection of delinquent property tax fees.  Meanwhile Gus Frangos has not paid his own property taxes- FOR YEARS- on several RENTAL properties that are also hidden behind numerous LLCs.

Other less politically connected delinquent property tax home owners would have the county up their ass and then be sold out to predatory tax lien collectors- which again causes long time home owners to become homeless over petty amounts of delinquent property taxes.  The man below was evicted on Black Friday of 2010.  I helped him move his belongings after he lost his family home owned for over 50 years for less than $2000 in delinquent property taxes.  He is also homeless now.  I promised to store his belongings as he had no family or anywhere to store his personal stuff.  I am still storing his stuff and have not heard from him in over one year.  Homeless over petty amounts of delinquent property taxes:

Meanwhile the president of the county land bank collects a six figure salary - paid by the collection of delinquent property taxes- and he owes the county thousands of dollars in delinquent property taxes for his RENTAL LLC shell property.

The land bank is supposed to protect county property from investors that want to flip the property for a quick profit, yet the county land bank and several community development organizations have GIVEN or sold for minimal prices several properties to flippers.   The land bank is not supposed to sell or give property to those that owe delinquent property taxes, yet the county land bank and community development organizations have given or sold for minimal prices several properties to a shell LLC in which the incorporator / agent owes the county nearly $10,000 in delinquent property taxes.  One of the properties given to this LLC was sold in two hours after the LLC received the property for a profit of over $50,000.  The LLCs owner has still not paid his delinquent property taxes.   http://realneo.us/content/con-artist-gus-frangos-president-cuyahoga-county-land-bank-con-artist-safeguard-properties-o

Any person with just a touch of common sense would wonder why the hell Gus Frangos is president of the county land bank.
