Federal Definition of Developmentally Disadvantaged

According to the Developmental Disabilities Act, section 102(8), "the term 'developmental disability' means a severe chronic disability of an individual 5 years of age or older that:


1) is attributable to a mental or physical impairment or combination of mental and physical impairments;

2)AND THIS IS KEY... "is manifested BEFORE THE AGE OF 22"

3) is likely to continue indefinitely;

Cleveland has a MANDATORY Rental Registration Program, Cleveland Certified Ordinance Section 365, that requires registration of ALL rental properties and a payment of $35 annually for EACH individual unit. ALL OWNERS MUST REGISTER.  CHN Crime Partners is NOT exempt.

...for the crown jewel of Brooklyn Centre. It was his vision long ago that made our gorgeous state of the art park possible. Though others will try to claim credit, including the current "representative", whose ONLY contribution was to try to take out the 75 year old majestic oaks in the middle of the night when no one was looking. Luckily he failed. So here are some photos that do not begin to do it justice. Finally Brooklyn Centre has a reason to be proud. OUR very own restored W.C. Reed Field. Thank you Councilman Cummins.

Property tax exempt "hospitals" run by E.D.E.N. have cost Cuyahoga County millions in lost revenue

The Emerald Development Economic Network, which "helps" the poor by helping themselves to $25 million in federal funds per year, has also been cashing in for over 20 years by paying ZERO property taxes on their vast real estate holdings, which ALL house Section 8 tenants, by fraudulently classifying them as "private hospitals." Their lastest "hospital" venture is building obscenely expensive homeless shelters that house active drug users at the cost of $180,000 per 350 square foot unit. Each of these "hospitals" has between 60 and 80 units.

You could buy 533 brand new homes in Strongsville for that! But that wouldn't cover the 6 figure salaries of Ms. Nichols and Mr.

So why is there a cash back mortgage available to purchasers of "recovered" homes in Slavic Village.

Could it be that our very own Forest City has been pulling the strings of the "urgent" remediation of WC Reed Field? They are already BFFs and old pals with the EPA who awarded them a shiny gold star in 2007 for their "visionary" upscale "eco compliant" housing development on a formerly petroleum saturated airfield in Stapleton Colorado. It is a Pleasantville Paradise of $400,000 to $1,000,000 homes replete with rain barrels, no driveways and an eco-correct 10 feet of space between the giant homes.

Kiddy Park on toxic waste dump

Last summer at the dog park in Clark Field rumors circulated about soil samples having been taken by the City of Cleveland health department. Several long time park visitors were expecting the park to be shut down because dangerous toxins had been found throughout the field. The city of Cleveland shut down any questions about these results, keeping the high levels of toxins found there a secret.

 In the Brooklyn Centre battle against the city of Cleveland over WC Reed field, I have been researching property transfers on West 15th street. This lead me to a discovery that parcel 00827061 at 3708 West 15th street, which no longer has a house on it, as it was torn down quickly without the owner of the foreclosed property US Bank being aware of this demolition, was sold on September 16, 2013 for $56,500...for a VACANT Hogar Community Reinvestment LLC at 1001 N 3rd Ave Suite 1 in Phoenix Arizona, a District of Columbia limited liability company, not licensed in Ohio.

Slum Houses given to Slavic Village by HUD now for sale...and NOT renovated

 So I noticed that houses for sale in original slum-pipes cut out of the basement-missing windows-holes in the roof by Slavic Village Housing were generously given to them by HUD. For FREE!!! And now they are selling them 6608 Gertrude for $6000 and $3661.11 in back taxes mysteriously disappeared thanks to those of us in Cleveland who actually PAY their taxes. Or 6705 Clement also for $6,000 and the back taxes of $1784.24 ALSO were wiped clean without payment by the generousity of we the taxpayer. These "homes" are NOT repaired...they are handyman's specials.

Feel Good Report Card Signs

 Last year when the Ohio Department of Education released their scorecard information on all state schools, the Cleveland Municipal School District scored 1 (that's right ONE) out of 26. FYI the 10th Grade reading score was the only passing entry BARELY squeaking by with a 76.4%, 1.6% above the bare minimum. A very few schools improved their status and new signs were rushed to the printer and hung proudly above the entry door. For all the other schools, that did WORSE, which was most of them, the previous year's sign was left to flutter and fade in the brutal Cleveland elements.

 Oh where oh where does Gary Sautter, Deputy Sheriff of Wasting Tax Dollars on Unnecessary Cleveland Schools live? Does he live in Cleveland??? Or Cuyahoga County?? Or does he live in Toledo? And if so where does he stay when "working" here? At a hotel? At a flop house? And who pays for his accomodation? Him...or the taxpayers in Cleveland? Is he on a per diem for his food? Is his BBF "Jerry" from Mansfield still in charge of all the actually buildings?

Cleveland Teacher's Union Head lives in North Ridgeville

 All the finger pointing and threats by fearless Teacher's Union BOSS David Quolke screaming at impoverished Cleveland property owner's to raise their taxes now don't affect him personally. The Hypocrite-In-Chief lives in a home on Hilary Drive in North Ridgeville which he and his wife purchased on August 19, 1998 for $189,000. He wouldn't be caught dead sending his own children to school in Cleveland. They are certainly not up to his rigid double standard

School Rebuilding scam

 Orchard School "of Science" was to be RENOVATED according to the Master Facility Plan. Without asking anyone's permission, like for example THE TAXPAYERS, it was torn down instead. On the plan page devoted to this school, in a glaringly different typeface, without bothering to delete the word "renovated" from the top of the page on the original plan, the school will "open NEW in 2012". Unless it will be opening in transformational tents this is unlikely since the lot sits empty as of today May 26, 2012.

School rebuilding scam

Willson (elementary) School on Ansel Road was built in a totally empty ghetto neighborhood. The school district said it was built "where more students needed it", than in its previous location on East 55th. The district bought 60 parcels of land and when the school was completed it could accomodate 587 students.
